About this event
Our Hot Yoga classes are intended to purify and cleanse the mind, body and Soul. This class focuses on alignment, breath flow, strength and concentration. This class is heated to 105 degrees with humidity added, allowing the body to ease into the posture. All levels are encouraged and welcomed. (Glow is done under the Black lighting)
