About this event
Moms , this one is for you and your baby (babies 2 and under are welcome)! Please excuse the teacher/trainer as they likely will not have a baby. ;-) You may bring your stroller in or toys! We do offer a chair in the women’s restroom for more private and comfortable nursing plus a cart with diapers and wipes with a changing station. We will warm up our muscles and do some light resistance training while playing Christian artists like Josiah Queen with clean, God-centered lyrics. Can’t wait for this community to grow together! We will plan for 45 minutes but leave extra time at the end to socialize if you are able to stick around. *Please ask Cara if you have another time/day suggestion. Thank you!
