About this event
Adult Conservatory classes are designed to meet dancers at different stages of their flamenco journey. While the curriculum progresses in technical complexity from Adult Flamenco 1 through 4, adults are not required to complete every level in sequence. Students are placed in the class that best matches their experience, technical readiness, and personal goals through instructor guidance. Adult Flamenco 3 is designed for experienced dancers seeking continued artistic and technical growth through in-depth study of flamenco repertory. This advanced class combines technical refinement with the exploration of complete choreographic works, allowing students to deepen their musical understanding, performance quality, and personal artistic expression. Throughout the year, students develop greater technical precision while studying a selected flamenco (palo) in depth. Depending on the year's curriculum, students may also explore traditional flamenco complementos such as the mantón, abanico, bata de cola, castanets, or other elements that enhance artistic expression and technical versatility.
