About this event
Celebrate Native American Heritage Month by learning to weave! Weaving has been an important craft and art form practiced by many Indigenous peoples in the Americas for thousands of years. Using a simple cardboard loom, participants will learn the basics of weaving to create their own fabric panel. Then, we’ll sew that cloth into a small pouch you can take home. No previous weaving experience required. All materials will be provided. For ages 10+.
