TAI CHI AND QIGONG CLASSES

9:30 - 10:30 am, Mondays and Wednesdays in the Sanctuary, Love Offering. Laurie Roop, instructor.

| Do you want more energy, physical flexibility, increased emotional and physical benefits? Then, put on your comfortable clothes and come join us! This class taught by Laurie Roop is based on very slow and controlled movements of the Chinese martial arts. Gentle and easy to learn. Any level of ability is welcome.
