- ➤ Environmental groups are warning against House Bill 207 as it expands treated produced water use for road spraying, construction, manufacturing and energy production. Gov. - ➤ Albuquerque offers window repair grants to small brick-and-mortar businesses, nonprofits and small educational institutions hit by vandalism. The city has $140K remaining to cover 80% of repair costs, up to a maximum of $4,000 per business on a rolling basis. Albuquerque Journal
- ➤ The New Mexico Public Regulation Commission will hold sale hearings in May on the proposed acquisition of TXNM Energy Inc., which runs our largest electricity provider, by Blackstone Infrastructure.
