- ➤ Mayor Fred Hashimoto warned that a growing season may hit farmers as repairs on the Corrales siphon and work on the Bureau of Reclamation's River Mile 199 project could limit Rio Grande water, with Phase I rerouting set to begin early March and side channels running through Sandia Pueblo lands. - ➤ Strong winds are causing eye irritation in New Mexico, with many visiting local doctors for dry eyes or debris.
