- ➤ Scientists at the New Mexico Museum of Natural History and Science said Thursday a dinosaur tibia found near Navajo Nation belongs to an early T. rex ancestor that roamed 74-75 million years ago (first excavated in 1997, it closely matches a T. rex ankle).
