- ➤ New Mexico water negotiator Estevan López said Colorado River talks, resumed on March 2, are exploring a stopgap measure amid worsening hydrology. - ➤ Albuquerque officials are updating crosswalk laws and safety measures after Gov. Lujan Grisham signed Senate Bill 73 and the city adopted an ordinance to protect pedestrians and bicyclists—crews also will close the northbound I-25 Montgomery Blvd off-ramp for three weeks starting Sunday with rerouting via Jefferson Street.
