- ➤ Musician Moira Smiley will lead The Big Sing workshop at 3 p.m. today at downtown Chatter (reservations are required). She will follow that with a ticketed concert at 7 p.m., presented by the Santa Fe Desert Chorale. KUNM
- ➤ Gathering of Nations Powwow, ending a 43-year run, concludes today at Expo New Mexico with Indigenous music, dance, and a horse and rider parade (plus a motorcycle rally to raise awareness for Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women and Relatives). KUNM
- ➤ The official trailer for Coyote vs. ACME dropped yesterday (from Ketchup Entertainment), featuring downtown Albuquerque scenes and Central Avenue. The film stars Will Forte as lawyer Kevin Avery in Coyote’s suit against ACME and is set to release on Aug. 28. KUNM

- ➤ UNM celebrated 418 Lobo faculty and staff at its 45th annual awards ceremony, honoring employees with 15 to 45 years of service. The event paid special tribute to key honorees such as Virginia Williams (45 years) and Dolores Garcia (40 years) as essential contributors to campus success. University of New Mexico
- ➤ The UNM College of Fine Arts will honor five distinguished graduates on Thursday, May 7 with a reception at 5:30 p.m. at Draft and Table in the UNM Student Union Building and a Symphony Orchestra performance at Popejoy Hall at 7:30 p.m. (Hosted by dean Harris Smith.) University of New Mexico
