- ➤ Officials at the University of New Mexico announced a $636 million new School of Medicine designed to double its incoming class to 200 students. Construction will start in spring 2027 on a 350,000 sqft facility at Lomas & University NE to welcome the 2030 class. KUNM
- ➤ UNM’s English department research led by Marissa Greenberg shows how faculty with disabilities face challenges and calls for true inclusion instead of only following basic rules. ENVIRONMENT NEWS
- ➤ Energy Fuels Inc. submitted its finalized uranium extraction plan to NM officials, detailing how it will pump and treat groundwater from a deep mine in the Cibola National Forest (public comments run until July 19).
