- ➤ Kirtland Air Force Base officials identified Airman First Class Me'lik Etienne, who drowned at Elephant Butte Lake after being reported missing on May 24 and found on May 26 + officials confirmed alcohol was not involved in the incident + he leaves behind his wife and immediate family. KOAT
