- ➤ ABQ Ride is hosting its 5th annual bus stop cleanup tomorrow, May 30, starting at 8:30 a.m. at the Uptown Transit Center, where volunteers will clean stops along Central Avenue — from Girard Boulevard to Wyoming Boulevard — and return at noon for refreshments. KOAT

- ➤ This weekend, Albuquerque hosts diverse events: live music at Winrock Town Center and poetry by Mary Oishi (with a $10 donation suggested) start Friday at 6:30 p.m., followed by Dinosaur Night at Isotopes Park and a Makers District block party and Pridezilla party on Saturday. The Paper.

- ➤ A dozen University of New Mexico law students will spend the summer in rural district courts to tackle attorney shortages and boost access to legal services. - ➤ UNM researchers examined water use by thousands of small and large farms in the Middle Rio Grande Basin to guide water conservation policies amid ongoing drought challenges. - ➤ The US Supreme Court approved a settlement that will limit groundwater pumping along the Rio Grande & retire water rights from farmland in southern New Mexico, ensuring water reaches Texas.
