- ➤ Today, Festival Flamenco 38 begins at the National Hispanic Cultural Center with Ballet Flamenco de Andalucía taking the stage at 8 p.m.—the event is the largest and oldest flamenco celebration outside Spain and marks the first visit by Spain’s official company in over 12 years.
