Albuquerque police arrested Erick Pacheco, 54, on first-degree murder charges after surveillance video showed him and his red Dodge Charger arriving at an apartment complex on Zuni Road and Espanola Street SE just before midnight on June 25—he allegedly fired a shotgun twice and fatally wounded Denise Duran.
