The Business Reset Retreat

November 12, 2026 @5:00 pm - November 16, 2026 @10:00 am

Santa Ana Pueblo, New Mexico

Your business isn’t broken. But parts of how you’re running it are no longer efficient, aligned, or sustainable.

Most business owners aren’t stuck because they lack ideas.

They’re stuck because:

• Too many priorities are competing at once

• Decisions keep getting delayed or revisited

• Systems don’t match current reality

• Energy is going into the wrong places

This retreat exists to correct that.

The Business Reset Retreat is a focused, small-group strategy retreat designed to help you:

• Step out of reactive mode

• See your business clearly as it is today

• Identify what’s draining time, money, and energy

• Make firm decisions about what continues, what ends, and what changes

• Leave with a short, realistic execution plan

This retreat is for business owners who:

• Are established, not just starting out

• Carry too much decision weight alone

• Feel busy but not optimally productive

• Know something needs to change—but want to do it right

During the retreat, you will:

• Review your current business structure and habits

• Identify misaligned priorities and inefficiencies

• Reset boundaries around time, energy, and decision-making

• Clarify your top business focus for the next phase

• Lock in specific actions with real follow-through

You leave with:

• Clear priorities

• Fewer open loops

• Decisions you won’t second-guess

• A realistic plan you can execute immediately

Most importantly, you leave knowing what to stop doing—and why.

This is a small, intentional retreat with limited capacity so we can provide real support to participants.

The Business Reset Retreat is a facilitated strategic reset for leaders who need clarity, alignment, and real decisions — not another inspirational weekend.
