About this event

You're welcome to arrive any time after 8am and we wrap up at noon. Activities include planting, care for the nursery, weeding, seed bank projects, watering and monitoring.

Drive down the road and park along the fence prior to the acequia. Walk across the acequia and enter through the pedestrian gate to the right of the Candelaria Nature Preserve sign. We post a sign on the front gate with information about where to find the group and a phone number in case you need to reach someone directly.

Wear work clothes and shoes. Bring your own water bottle and gloves, if you have them. The only restroom is an ADA portable toilet. We provide all tools and instructions.
