About this event

Adult Flamenco 4 is intended for experienced dancers with approximately four or more years of flamenco training, or equivalent technical proficiency. Placement is determined through instructor recommendation to ensure students are prepared for the pace and expectations of this advanced class. This class is formerly called “Advanced Training Program”. Adult Flamenco 4 is the highest level of training offered within the Conservatory of Flamenco Arts and is designed for experienced dancers with a strong technical foundation and several years of flamenco study. Placement is based on technical proficiency, musical understanding, and instructor recommendation rather than completion of previous adult levels. Advanced teen students transitioning from the Teen flamenco classes may also enter this level upon demonstrating readiness. Training is divided into two complementary classes each week: Technique and Repertory. Technique classes develop strength, speed, endurance, precision, musicality, and healthy movement habits, while Repertory classes apply those skills through advanced choreography, artistic interpretation, and performance preparation. Students may attend Technique classes independently; however, enrollment in Repertory requires concurrent enrollment in Technique to ensure consistent technical development and ensemble success.
