About this event
Celebrate the season New Mexico style at Lantern Ridge! Join us Saturday, December 5, from 5:00–7:30 PM for an evening of Christmas lights, delicious enchiladas, and holiday cheer with family and friends.
Dinner is $18 per person , with your choice of:
• Red Chile Beef Enchiladas
• Green Chile Cheese Enchiladas
• Christmas Chicken Enchiladas
• Green Chile Chicken Enchiladas
Each dinner comes with Spanish rice, refried beans, chips, and salsa. Kids’ plates are $5 , featuring plain cheese enchiladas.
Make the evening a little sweeter with our Eggnog Bread Pudding for $5 , or warm up at our festive Hot Chocolate Bar —available for purchase onsite only.
