• Monday and Thursday Yoga with Leslie Radigan: 5 pm to 6 pm
• Thursday Yoga with Candy Jardine, Prenatal Certified instructor: 12 pm to 1 pm (participants do not need to be prenatal to participate)
Yoga is held in our St Joseph office space in our chapel. Our address is 1516 5th St NW Albuquerque, NM 87102 . We also have all the necessary yoga equipment if someone does not have their own or does not want to lug their equipment around.
With the recent changes in some other free community yoga for those who are expecting, we thought we could open this opportunity to the mutual families we all serve so families can continue to take advantage of this wonderful resource.
